In-Home Nursing Services
Our Registered Nurses(RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) provides treatment and assessment of client's medical status. They assist by developing a plan of care, instructs and teaches the client, caregiver(s) and family member in coordination with the physician and prescribed orders.
In-Home Wound Care Services
Our Registered Nurses(RN) has vast experience in wound care that include but not limited to pressure, ulcer,diabetic, surgical wounds and much more. Our goal is to keep wound free from infection and foster healing.
In-Home Case Management Services
Our Case Manager will assist you and your loved one in obtaining community resources along with other resources that will assist to ensure adequate care/service.
In-Home Certified Home Health Aide Services
Our Certified Home Health/Nurse Aides (C.N.A/HHA) are dedicated in assisting you or your loved ones with personal hygiene care, activities of daily living, meal preparation, companionship as well as a list of other services.
